Customers often ask whether they can deduct VAT from an invoice without a VAT ID number. The KIS has issued many interpretations on this subject that are favourable to the taxpayer. If you have received an invoice without a TIN, please contact me. We will discuss the tax interpretations issued together. We will compare it with your situation. To be sure, we can jointly prepare a request for an individual tax interpretation in this matter specifically for you.
